Welcome to Amogha Life.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Amogha Life website and your registration for or participation in yoga programs, Hatha Yoga programs, retreats, workshops, yogic journeys, treks, events, travel experiences, and any other services offered by Amogha Life (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, submitting a registration, making a payment, booking a Service, or participating in any Amogha Life activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not register for or participate in the relevant Service.

For these Terms, “Amogha Life”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Amogha Life and its authorised representatives. “Participant”, “you”, and “your” refer to the person registering for or participating in a Service.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

1.1 Age Eligibility

Participants must generally 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.

A person below the applicable legal age may participate only where registration and consent are provided by a parent or lawful guardian who accepts these Terms on the participant's behalf and assumes the responsibilities applicable to the participant.

1.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information supplied to Amogha Life during registration, booking, communication, or participation will be accurate, complete, current, and truthful.

Depending on the Service, this information may include your name, age, contact details, emergency contact information, health-related information relevant to safe participation, travel information, and payment details.

If you knowingly or materially provide false, misleading, or incomplete information, Amogha Life may cancel your registration or refuse participation. Where cancellation occurs because of inaccurate or misleading information supplied by you, you may not be entitled to a refund.

1.3 Program-Specific Eligibility

Individual programs may have additional requirements concerning age, physical capability, medical suitability, experience, travel documentation, altitude tolerance, or other safety considerations. Where such requirements are communicated as conditions of participation, they are mandatory and may not be disregarded.

2. BOOKING AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting a registration or enquiry does not necessarily guarantee a place in a program.

A booking shall generally be considered confirmed only after:

✓ The required payment has been successfully received; and
✓ Amogha Life has acknowledged or confirmed the registration.

You are responsible for reviewing the program description, schedule, location, eligibility requirements, inclusions, exclusions, and other applicable information before making payment.

By proceeding with registration or payment, you confirm that you have had a reasonable opportunity to review the applicable information and accept these Terms.

3. HEALTH, MEDICAL FITNESS AND PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

3.1 Responsibility for Your Own Fitness

Yoga and related Services involve physical movement, stretching, balance, strength, breathwork, and varying levels of exertion.

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically and medically capable of participating in the Service you select.

By registering, you represent that, to the best of your knowledge, you are sufficiently fit to participate and that you have considered any medical or physical limitations that may affect your participation.

3.2 Disclosure of Relevant Conditions

You must inform Amogha Life or the relevant instructor of any known medical condition, injury, physical limitation, medication, recent surgery, pregnancy, or other circumstance that may reasonably affect your safe participation.

You should seek appropriate medical advice or clearance before participation whenever there is any uncertainty about your suitability.

3.3 Medical Advice

Amogha Life programs are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or medical advice.

Information provided by an instructor or through Amogha Life's website, social media, classes, workshops, retreats, or other Services should not be treated as a medical diagnosis or personalised medical treatment.

3.4 Failure to Disclose

If you fail to disclose a relevant condition, injury, medication, limitation, or other material circumstance, Amogha Life may be unable to take appropriate precautions or provide appropriate assistance in the event of an incident.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amogha Life, its founders, instructors, employees, representatives, guides, contractors, volunteers, and associates from claims, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from your failure to disclose material health or medical information, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH YOGA AND PHYSICAL PRACTICES

You acknowledge that yoga and associated physical practices involve inherent risks. These risks may exist even where an activity is appropriately instructed, supervised, and performed in accordance with reasonable directions.

You voluntarily assume the risks reasonably inherent in your participation.

4.1 Muscular Injuries

Physical practices may result in:

✓ Muscle soreness;
✓ Muscle strains;
✓ Sprains;
✓ Tendon or muscle tears;
✓ Overstretching; or
✓ Other soft-tissue injuries.

Attempting to move beyond your natural or functional range of movement may increase these risks.

4.2 Joint and Musculoskeletal Risks

Certain practices may place stress, compression, or load on weight-bearing or mobile joints, including the wrists, elbows, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, and other structures.

Improper technique, fatigue, excessive force, individual anatomy, or pre-existing conditions may contribute to injury.

4.3 Spine and Neck Risks

Backbends, twists, inversions, or other movements may place stress on the spine and cervical region.

Potential risks may include muscle or ligament strain, aggravation of existing conditions, disc-related injury, neck injury, or other spinal complications.

4.4 Falls, Bruising and Fractures

Balance postures, arm balances, inversions, and other movements may result in loss of balance or falling.

Such incidents may result in bruises, sprains, fractures, head injuries, or other physical harm.

Participants must exercise reasonable judgement and should not attempt practices beyond their capability.

4.5 Indemnity for Physical-Activity Risks

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amogha Life, its founders, instructors, teachers, employees, representatives, guides, volunteers, contractors, and associates against claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, expenses, or proceedings arising from or connected with your voluntary participation in yoga or physical practices, your failure to follow reasonable safety or instructional directions, performance beyond your capability, failure to disclose relevant health information, improper or unauthorised use of equipment or facilities, your own negligent, reckless, unlawful, or intentional conduct, or claims brought by another person arising from your conduct during participation.

This indemnity applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not require you to indemnify Amogha Life for liability that cannot legally be transferred or excluded.

5. PHYSIOLOGICAL AND MEDICAL RISKS

Certain yoga practices, breathing techniques, inversions, and physically demanding activities may affect heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, circulation, or internal bodily pressures.

Potential effects may include:

✓ Changes in heart rate or blood pressure;
✓ Dizziness or light-headedness;
✓ Hyperventilation;
✓ Respiratory discomfort;
✓ Breathlessness;
✓ Increased intraocular pressure;
✓ Increased intracranial pressure; or
✓ Aggravation of an underlying medical condition.

Individuals with relevant medical conditions should seek appropriate professional advice before participation.

Particular caution may be required for individuals with conditions such as glaucoma, significant hypertension, cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, or other conditions that may be affected by strenuous activity, breathwork, or inversions.

5.1 Indemnity for Medical and Physiological Risks

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amogha Life and its associated personnel against claims, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from your participation where such consequences result from a pre-existing or undisclosed medical condition, failure to seek appropriate medical advice, participation contrary to medical advice, failure to disclose medication or relevant health information, ignoring symptoms or safety instructions, or continuing an activity despite experiencing pain, dizziness, breathlessness, illness, or other warning signs.

This provision does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. SPECIAL HEALTH CIRCUMSTANCES

6.1 Pregnancy

Pregnant participants must inform the relevant instructor and should obtain appropriate medical advice before participating.

Certain postures, twists, prone positions, levels of exertion, temperatures, or other practices may be unsuitable during pregnancy.

6.2 Recent Surgery or Joint Replacement

Participants who have recently undergone surgery or who have joint replacements should obtain appropriate medical clearance before undertaking physical practices.

6.3 Osteoporosis, Hypermobility and Other Conditions

Individuals with osteoporosis, significant hypermobility, musculoskeletal disorders, or other physical limitations may have increased susceptibility to injury.

Such participants are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice regarding their suitability for particular practices.

6.4 Indemnity for Special Health Circumstances

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amogha Life and its representatives against claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from participation despite a medical condition, physical limitation, pregnancy, recent surgery, joint replacement, or other circumstance that was not appropriately disclosed or medically assessed.

7. SPECIALISED AND ENVIRONMENT-SPECIFIC RISKS

7.1 High-Temperature or Hot Yoga

Where a program involves elevated temperatures, participants may be exposed to risks including dehydration, heat exhaustion, heat-related illness, muscle cramps, dizziness, fainting, and, in severe circumstances, heat stroke.

Participants must follow reasonable hydration and safety instructions and promptly inform the instructor if they feel unwell.

7.2 Online and Virtual Yoga

Online instruction has inherent limitations because the instructor may not be physically present and may not be able to observe, monitor, or manually correct every movement.

The instructor's ability to assess alignment may be affected by camera angle, lighting, internet connectivity, screen size, room arrangement, or other technical limitations.

Participants are responsible for maintaining a safe practice area and removing reasonably foreseeable hazards.

7.3 Indemnity for Specialised Activities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amogha Life, its instructors, employees, representatives, and associates against claims, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from your voluntary participation in specialised or environment-specific activities, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. HANDS-ON ASSISTS AND PHYSICAL ADJUSTMENTS

Where an instructor provides a physical adjustment or hands-on assistance, such contact may be intended to assist with alignment, positioning, instruction, or understanding of a practice.

Physical adjustments may nevertheless involve risks such as discomfort, unexpected movement, loss of balance, joint strain, or overstretching.

Physical adjustments are optional.

You have the right to decline a hands-on adjustment at any time before or during a session.

8.1 Indemnity for Voluntary Physical Adjustments

Where you voluntarily consent to a physical adjustment, you acknowledge the associated risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amogha Life and the relevant instructor against claims, costs, losses, or liabilities arising from such voluntary physical assistance, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By registering for or participating in an Amogha Life Service, you acknowledge that yoga, physical activity, travel, trekking, retreats, outdoor activities, and related experiences involve risks that cannot always be eliminated.

You voluntarily accept the inherent and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with your participation.

You agree to:

✓ Follow reasonable safety instructions;
✓ Respect your physical limitations;
✓ Communicate relevant health concerns;
✓ Stop or modify an activity when appropriate;
✓ Seek clarification where instructions are unclear; and
✓ Avoid knowingly undertaking practices that are inappropriate for your condition or capability.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. TRAVEL, TREKKING AND YOGIC JOURNEYS

Some Amogha Life Services may involve domestic or international travel, trekking, high-altitude environments, remote locations, pilgrimage-style journeys, transportation, accommodation, or outdoor activities.

Participants acknowledge that such activities may involve risks arising from:

✓ Weather;
✓ Terrain;
✓ Altitude;
✓ Falls or accidents;
✓ Remote locations;
✓ Transportation;
✓ Accommodation;
✓ Delays;
✓ Route changes;
✓ Government restrictions;
✓ Local conditions;
✓ Physical exertion;
✓ Illness; and
✓ Other circumstances outside Amogha Life's reasonable control.

Participants are responsible for carrying appropriate clothing, equipment, medication, documentation, and personal necessities.

10.1 Travel and Trekking Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amogha Life, its founders, instructors, guides, employees, representatives, contractors, and associates against claims, losses, expenses, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from your participation in travel, trekking, or journey-related activities, including consequences arising from your own acts, omissions, negligence, failure to follow instructions, or failure to disclose relevant health information.

This indemnity does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Amogha Life strongly recommends that participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance before confirming travel-based programs, particularly international or high-altitude journeys such as a Kailash Yatra.

Where appropriate, insurance should include:

✓ Trip cancellation and interruption;
✓ Emergency medical treatment;
✓ Hospitalisation;
✓ Emergency evacuation;
✓ High-altitude evacuation or helicopter rescue;
✓ Loss of baggage; and
✓ Loss of travel documents.

Amogha Life is not an insurance provider.

Participants remain responsible for expenses arising from circumstances not covered by their insurance policy.

11.1 Insurance-Related Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amogha Life against claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from your failure to obtain appropriate insurance or from exclusions, limitations, insufficient coverage, or rejection of an insurance claim.

12. NATURE OF AMOGHA LIFE SERVICES

Amogha Life provides yoga programs, Hatha Yoga practices, retreats, workshops, yogic journeys, treks, and related experiences that may incorporate physical, contemplative, experiential, and spiritual dimensions.

The experience may vary between participants.

Amogha Life does not guarantee any particular physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, personal, or experiential outcome.

The nature of a program may be affected by weather, terrain, group dynamics, individual readiness, location, operational circumstances, and other external factors.

13. PROGRAM, ROUTE AND ITINERARY MODIFICATIONS

Amogha Life may modify a schedule, venue, route, itinerary, activity, instructor, accommodation arrangement, or other program element where reasonably necessary.

Changes may occur because of weather, participant safety, government orders, regulatory requirements, local conditions, transportation issues, accommodation availability, permit requirements, operational considerations, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where practicable, material changes will be communicated to participants as soon as reasonably possible.

Changes made for safety, regulatory, logistical, or operational reasons do not automatically create an entitlement to compensation.

14. INDEPENDENT ORGANISATION

Amogha Life operates independently.

Amogha Life is not affiliated with, owned by, operated by, or acting as an organisational representative of Isha Foundation or Isha Sacred Walks.

Nothing contained in these Terms, website, marketing material, or program descriptions should be interpreted as establishing an organisational relationship with such entities unless expressly confirmed in writing.

15. PRICING

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed by Amogha Life are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may be changed from time to time.

The applicable price shall generally be the price confirmed when payment is received and the booking is accepted by Amogha Life.

15.1 Pricing Errors

If a material pricing error appears on the website or promotional material, Amogha Life reserves the right to correct the error.

Where applicable, the participant will be notified before the affected payment is processed at the corrected price and may choose whether to proceed or cancel the registration without penalty arising solely from the pricing error.

16. PAYMENT TERMS AND SECURITY

Payments may be accepted through authorised payment methods, including credit or debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods made available by Amogha Life.

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

✓ You are legally authorised to use the selected payment method;
✓ The information supplied is accurate;
✓ The transaction is lawful; and
✓ You authorise payment of the confirmed amount.

Payments may be processed through independent payment gateway providers.

Amogha Life does not ordinarily retain complete card or banking credentials. Sensitive payment information may be handled directly by the applicable payment processor in accordance with its own security practices, terms, and privacy policies.

17. TAXES AND STATUTORY CHARGES

Prices may or may not include applicable GST or other statutory charges, depending on the applicable Service.

Where taxes are applicable, they will be communicated or reflected at the relevant stage of purchase where reasonably practicable.

Amogha Life reserves the right to revise prices where necessary to account for changes in tax rates, statutory charges, or government regulations.

18. NO-COMPENSATION CIRCUMSTANCES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amogha Life shall not be required to compensate participants solely because:

✓ The actual experience differs from personal expectations;
✓ Weather, terrain, fitness, group circumstances, or external conditions affect the program;
✓ A route or itinerary is changed for safety or operational reasons;
✓ A third-party provider causes a delay or disruption;
✓ A participant fails to use a discount or promotional offer before its expiry;
✓ Early-bird or promotional pricing is no longer available;
✓ Personal belongings are lost or damaged; or
✓ The participant experiences an indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.

Nothing in this provision excludes any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Participants who make fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or demonstrably bad-faith compensation demands may have their booking cancelled and may be restricted from future programs, subject to applicable law.

19. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

Amogha Life programs are shared environments and participants are expected to act respectfully, responsibly, and with consideration for others.

Participants must not:

✓ Threaten, intimidate, harass, abuse, or deliberately disrupt others;
✓ Engage in violent, discriminatory, or seriously disrespectful conduct;
✓ Consume or possess alcohol, tobacco, or recreational substances where prohibited by the applicable program;
✓ Compromise the safety of other participants;
✓ Disrupt classes or instructional activities;
✓ Misuse facilities or equipment;
✓ Share confidential program content without permission;
✓ Solicit participants for unauthorised commercial activities; or
✓ Promote personal businesses or services without appropriate authorisation.

Amogha Life may remove a participant whose conduct is considered harmful, unsafe, abusive, seriously disruptive, unlawful, or incompatible with the program environment.

Where removal results from misconduct or violation of these Terms, the participant may not be entitled to a refund.

19.1 Indemnity for Participant Conduct

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amogha Life and its associated personnel against claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, or liabilities resulting from your negligent, reckless, unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or intentional conduct, including claims brought by another participant, staff member, guide, service provider, or other person.

20. CONFIDENTIALITY OF PROGRAM CONTENT

Certain instructional materials, guided practices, methodologies, curriculum, demonstrations, and resources may be provided solely for registered participants.

Unless written permission is provided by Amogha Life, you must not reproduce protected program content, distribute it outside the program, publish it online, commercialise it, teach protected material as your own, share recordings or copies with non-participants, or otherwise exploit proprietary instructional content.

This restriction does not apply to material that is lawfully available in the public domain or independently created by you.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Amogha Life name, logo, branding, website content, photographs, videos, graphics, written material, program curricula, instructional resources, and other original materials are owned by Amogha Life or used with appropriate authorisation.

You may access such content for personal and non-commercial use in connection with the Services.

Without prior written permission, you must not copy or reproduce protected content, republish website material, sell or commercially exploit program material, modify and redistribute protected content, use Amogha Life branding to imply endorsement, reproduce or misuse the Amogha Life logo, or record or distribute paid sessions, retreats, workshops, or proprietary instructional material.

22. RECORDING, PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

Amogha Life may photograph, film, or otherwise record certain activities for legitimate operational, educational, documentary, or promotional purposes.

Where reasonably practicable, participants will be informed when recording is taking place.

Participants must not independently record, photograph, livestream, publish, or distribute paid sessions, instructors, fellow participants, or proprietary program content without appropriate permission and respect for the privacy and consent of others.

23. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND TESTIMONIALS

If you voluntarily provide or publicly share photographs, videos, testimonials, reviews, feedback, or other content relating to your Amogha Life experience, you may grant Amogha Life a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such material for legitimate promotional, educational, communication, or informational purposes.

Where applicable, Amogha Life may reproduce, publish, display, adapt, or share the material through its communication and promotional channels.

Amogha Life will endeavour to provide attribution where reasonably appropriate.

23.1 Indemnity for User-Generated Content

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any content you submit to Amogha Life.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amogha Life against claims, losses, costs, damages, or liabilities arising from allegations that content supplied by you infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other lawful rights.

24. PROMOTIONS, CONTESTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

Amogha Life may offer promotional pricing, discounts, early-bird offers, contests, giveaways, or other campaigns.

Each campaign may be subject to additional terms.

Amogha Life may, subject to applicable law, modify, extend, suspend, or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary.

For contests, winner selection will be conducted according to the criteria determined for that contest; the organiser's decision shall be final to the extent permitted by law; entries containing abusive, defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate material may be rejected; social-media entries may require public profiles; participation does not guarantee that an entry will be featured or promoted; and additional campaign-specific rules may apply.

Personal information collected specifically for a promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy practices and communication preferences.

25. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Amogha Life may use independent third-party providers for accommodation, hotels, airlines, ground transportation, local transportation, guides, permit arrangements, and other logistical services.

While reasonable care may be exercised when selecting providers, such providers remain independent entities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amogha Life is not responsible for a third party's delay, cancellation, service failure, operational decision, quality, availability, safety practices, terms and conditions, or privacy practices.

Participants should review the relevant third-party terms and policies.

25.1 Third-Party Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amogha Life, its founders, employees, representatives, guides, contractors, and associates against claims, losses, expenses, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from your dealings with independent third-party providers, including delays, cancellations, service interruptions, loss of property, or other failures attributable to such third parties.

This does not prevent you from exercising any legal rights or remedies you may have directly against the relevant third-party provider.

26. EXTERNAL WEBSITES AND LINKS

The Amogha Life website or communications may contain links to websites operated by third parties.

Such links are provided for convenience or information and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

Once you leave the Amogha Life website, your use of the external website is governed by that website's own terms, privacy policy, and practices.

Amogha Life does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, privacy practices, or handling of information submitted by you.

27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Amogha Life, its founders, instructors, employees, representatives, guides, contractors, volunteers, and associates shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from participation in an Amogha Life Service where such liability may lawfully be excluded or limited.

This includes, where legally permissible, indirect or consequential losses, incidental or special losses, loss of opportunity, loss or damage to personal belongings, injury or illness arising from inherent risks of participation, losses attributable to independent third-party providers, losses resulting from route or itinerary changes, and reliance on information that may subsequently be changed or updated.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

In particular, these Terms do not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or any other liability that applicable Indian law does not permit the parties to exclude.

28. GENERAL PARTICIPANT INDEMNIFICATION

In addition to the specific indemnities contained elsewhere in these Terms, you agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amogha Life, its founders, instructors, teachers, employees, representatives, guides, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and associates from and against third-party claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from or connected with:

✓ Your breach of these Terms;
✓ Your violation of applicable law or regulation;
✓ Your negligent, reckless, fraudulent, unlawful, or intentional conduct;
✓ Your failure to follow reasonable safety or participation instructions;
✓ Information provided by you that is materially false, misleading, or incomplete;
✓ Your failure to disclose relevant medical or physical information;
✓ Your conduct causing injury, loss, or damage to another person;
✓ Your misuse of Amogha Life's facilities, materials, or Services;
✓ Your unauthorised recording, reproduction, publication, or distribution of Amogha Life content;
✓ Your unauthorised use of Amogha Life's name, logo, branding, or intellectual property; or
✓ Any material supplied by you that infringes the rights of another person.

This indemnity shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and shall not require you to indemnify Amogha Life for liability that cannot lawfully be transferred or excluded.

Where a claim arises that may reasonably trigger this indemnity, Amogha Life may notify you and, where appropriate, request your reasonable cooperation in responding to the claim.

29. TERMINATION, SUSPENSION AND REMOVAL

Amogha Life may suspend or terminate your access to a Service, website, program, event, or facility where it reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms; provided materially false or misleading information; engaged in threatening, abusive, harmful, or disruptive behaviour; attempted fraudulent payment activity; initiated an improper or fraudulent chargeback; made compensation demands in bad faith; violated applicable laws or regulations; or otherwise acted in a manner that materially affects the safety, integrity, or operation of the Service.

Where termination results from your breach or misconduct, outstanding amounts legally due remain payable and you may not be entitled to a refund.

Amogha Life may also restrict future participation where reasonably necessary to protect participants, staff, property, or the integrity of its Services.

30. WEBSITE INFORMATION

Amogha Life endeavours to keep website content, schedules, prices, descriptions, images, and other information reasonably accurate.

However, such information may change from time to time.

Website information should not be treated as an irrevocable guarantee of availability, schedule, instructor, venue, accommodation, route, pricing, or other program detail unless expressly confirmed.

31. PAYMENT INFORMATION AND DATA PROCESSING

When you register for an event or Service, Amogha Life or its authorised service providers may collect information necessary to administer the registration and process payment. This may include name, billing information, mobile number, contact details, and payment-related information.

Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Sensitive payment information may therefore be collected, processed, or stored by the relevant payment processor in accordance with its own security standards, terms, and privacy policies.

32. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information supplied to Amogha Life will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy practices and laws governing the collection, use, processing, storage, and protection of personal information.

You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied during registration is accurate.

Where third-party providers are required to process information for payment, travel, accommodation, registration, or other legitimate operational purposes, relevant information may be shared to the extent reasonably necessary for that purpose and subject to applicable law.

33. FORCE MAJEURE

Amogha Life shall not be responsible for delay, cancellation, interruption, or inability to perform a Service where such circumstances arise from events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disasters, severe weather, government orders, regulatory restrictions, civil disturbances, transportation disruptions, public-health emergencies, strikes, infrastructure failures, security situations, local emergencies, or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented or controlled.

Where such circumstances arise, Amogha Life will endeavour to communicate material changes and take reasonable steps to protect participant safety and maintain continuity where practicable.

33.1 Force Majeure Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree that Amogha Life shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amogha Life against claims or expenses arising from your independent decisions, actions, or failure to make appropriate arrangements following a force majeure event, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

34. NO GUARANTEE OF PARTICULAR RESULTS

Participation in an Amogha Life program does not constitute a guarantee of any particular physical result, fitness improvement, health outcome, emotional experience, mental state, spiritual experience, personal transformation, or other individual outcome.

Individual experiences differ and depend on numerous factors outside Amogha Life's control.

35. PARTICIPANT'S GENERAL DUTY OF CARE

You are expected to exercise reasonable care for yourself and others while participating in an Amogha Life Service.

You should:

✓ Follow instructions;
✓ Use facilities and equipment responsibly;
✓ Respect your physical limitations;
✓ Report hazards where reasonably possible;
✓ Notify instructors of relevant concerns;
✓ Stop participation where continuing may be unsafe;
✓ Respect fellow participants and staff; and
✓ Comply with applicable laws and program rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amogha Life against claims, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your failure to exercise reasonable care or comply with these responsibilities.

36. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent court or authority to be unlawful, invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or treated as severable to the extent legally necessary.

The remaining provisions shall continue to operate to the fullest extent permitted by law.

37. SURVIVAL OF CERTAIN OBLIGATIONS

Any provisions which, by their nature, are intended to continue after completion, cancellation, or termination of a Service shall survive such completion, cancellation, or termination.

This includes, where applicable, provisions concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations, indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any other obligations intended by their nature to survive.

38. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available under applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

39. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Amogha Life may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its Services, operational practices, legal requirements, or other circumstances.

The revised version will be published through the appropriate Amogha Life website or communication channel with an updated effective or revision date.

Participants are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Where permitted by law, continued use of the website or continued participation in Amogha Life Services after revised Terms are published will constitute acceptance of those revised Terms.

If you do not agree with material changes, you should discontinue use of the affected Services and contact Amogha Life regarding any applicable options.

40. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any program-specific conditions, registration forms, booking conditions, waivers, policies, instructions, and other terms expressly incorporated into the registration process, constitute the agreement governing your participation in the relevant Service.

Where a specific program contains additional written terms, those terms will apply to the extent that they expressly supplement or modify these Terms for that particular program.
